Dear Ms. Caitlin Anderson,

After reviewing your application I am pleased to inform you that you are being reviewed by our communications team to be brought on as a social media director. This is a very important aspect of our public relations department. Before submitting your application to the board however, I would like to make a few suggestions.
As the social media director of our company it is very important that you have a diverse knowledge of many social media outlets. I have been able to see that you have accounts on Facebook and Twitter. Your Facebook seems to be well used and your Twitter was created in January 2011 and since then you have over 572 tweets since that time. When I was on your twitter page I made note that you have a link to a professional blog on Blogger, in addition I have found your personal blog as well. This is a great media source outlet. From both of these I can see your dedication to school work and keeping on task for assignments. As for your personal blog, which is quite hilarious, I have come to find out you have lost a close friend, you are definitely 'datable', and your roommate, Kelli, is your other half. All of these posts have resembled your dedication to maintaing qualities that others would not only like, but thoroughly enjoy, as well as it's a very high priority to you that you maintain your close personal relationships with friends and family members. P.s. Sorry that you had your tonsils out--TOTAL BUMMER!

Your Facebook allowed me to find out that you were born in August of 1990 and you currently hold a position at Ogden Raptors for Promotions and Marketing. Twitter hashtags and 'twit pics' displayed your diligence to a waitressing job and all the ups and downs from your shifts. This looks great because it seems you can add humor to the most stressful situations, what a great beneficial quality to have!

After googling your name in the search bar I rummaged through the first 2 pages that display but none of them link to you. This is a benefit because it goes to show you aren't the Caitlin Anderson that is missing, in jail, a certified RA, or even the 'Cait*&did*' on the outdated, Myspace.

Your overall online reputation has been found to be exactly who you seem to be; smart, funny, easy going--but still dedicated. We are continuing to look over your resume and application and someone from the communication department will be getting in touch with you shortly.

Thank you so much for your inquiry, Caitlin and we look forward to meeting you soon.

Warmest Regards,

Heidi Justice

Financial independence is achievable by all Americans.

Secrets of “How To” advised from a Cache Valley club.

LOGAN, Utah--Financial independence is desirable by every American. Most people believe it is almost out of sight when discussed. However, It is much easier than they think. Imagine a perfect world where every employee enjoyed their specific job, they enjoyed waking up to tackle the day at the workplace, and they never referred to it as a “paycheck collector.” Life would be great, right?

President of Cache Valley Area Investors Association, Preston P. Parker, founded CVAIA in August of 2007, with an idea that “financial independence can be achieved once your passive income is greater than your expenses.” Passive income is money that comes to you without putting in the manual labor; such as investments. One way to decide how far you are from financial stability is to ask yourself how long can I live off of my income, if I decide to not show up to work anymore?

One of the main motives behind Parker's efforts to start CVAIA was that he was growing tired of hearing people complain about their financial struggles. “There shouldn’t be anyone complaining about their job, this is the land of opportunity…find a job you love, instead of a job for the money.”

Parker confirms that current students are able to achieve this independence by the time they reach the age of 35. This can be assured as long as students “spend below their means and put the rest in a savings account—never borrow money from any consumption assets,” states Parker. “The financial independence comes when you’re not living paycheck-to-paycheck.”

The Cache Valley Area Investors Association (CVAIA) embraces the Law of Attraction, Law of Abundance, and the Law of Exchange. It practices methods that are found in ideological books such as, Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Wealthy Barber, The Millionaire Next Door, and The Secret. It has many members from different geographical backgrounds and locations, and they are offering to help you “to get out of the rat race” proclaims Parker, “speculation is no fun—investing is a blast.”

The group meetings are held every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Thursday at the Cache Chamber of Commerce in Logan at 7pm. They encourage anyone and everyone interested in achieving financial independence and stability to attend. There is no cost to join and the benefits could be the best investment yet.

Burger Planet Welcomes Jayne Petersen to Their Team

Burger Planet announces an improved menu and health campaign.

GARY, Ind.- Jayne Petersen, celebrity fitness enthusiast, is named the new spokesperson for Burger Planet’s healthy lifestyles campaign. The campaign includes a new, revised, and improved menu created with the assistance and guidance of Petersen.

Jayne Petersen, CEO of Looking Glass Inc., became a celebrity after her successes with helping other overweight women lose weight, in particular, Opal Whitcomb. Whitcomb’s successful weight loss of 75lbs intrigued Petersen to write her bestselling novel, “Looking Good in a Leotard.” Her book and life changing experience have encouraged her to join Burger Planet’s team. Petersen states “Burger Planet has been a leader in the Quick Service Restaurant industry in offering healthy menu choices. The company believes in encouraging customers to live healthier, active lifestyles and I have spent my entire life trying to teach women that lesson.”

Company CEO, James E. Mullenbach III is excited about the team’s newest addition of Petersen. Mullenbach states “Burger Planet cares about its customers. We listen to out customers. Jayne Petersen and Burger Planet share a commitment toward health.” This new approach will add more variety to the menu while the success of the company will stay the same.

Head chef, Gerard Dubois, suggests that those looking for a lower calorie hamburger to try it without mayo and with a lettuce-wrap bun instead of a carb filled bun. The absence of mayo can result in a 500-calorie reduction. With existing low-carb options and optional sides of fruit, Burger Planet has also created a line of freshly chopped salads of only 300 calories.

Burger Planet was founded by James Mullenbach I, in 1934 and is the leader of the Quick Service Restaurant Industry. The company has 8,921 franchises throughout the world and is run by James Mullenbach III. Burger Planet has served about 52 million customers and counting.

Financial independence is achievable by every American. It is much easier than most people think. Imagine a perfect world where every employee enjoyed their specific job, they enjoyed waking up to tackle the day at the workplace, they never referred to it as a “paycheck collector.” Life would be great, right?

President and Founder of Cache Valley Area Investors Association, Preston P. Parker, founded a financial

Founded aug 2007, sick of complaining and advising people of finances. Financial independence is achieveable for all americans. “this is the land of opportunity. There shouldn’t be anyone complaing about their job. Unless it’s a temp situation.”

What can they expect when becoming fin ind? Happens when your passive income is greater than your expenses. Active income: you got to show up. Punch a clock, show up for a shift. Do something for it. As soon as every month your passive income is greater than your monthly expenses you become fin inde. You can expect independances your finances, you wont have to worry about your income. If your close to 35 you can have your passive income abouve your expenceses in 5-10 years. Do a job you love instead of a job for the money. But to get to that point you must live below your means. Spend below your means and put the rest in a savings account—never borrow money from a consumption asset.

Then you get to play the fun games in life, toying with the non profits, try new things out, that’s how inventions happen.

We have meetings every 1st , 3rd, and 5th Thursday @ 7pm @ Chamber of Commerce. Sit around a table and learn to manage your money.

What do you discuss in meetings? How do we make this happen. How do we get our passive income, all about lowering expenses, learning about coupons, how do we do investments, how do we invest in commonities, real estate. Start small and get big over time.

How do you feel about investing in gold? Biggest fraud out there. Time to sell gold—not buy it.

Focus on long term investment—not short termed! Nothing is worse than losing an investment on borrowed money. Speculation is no fun, investing is a blast.

“I use the word independent instead of free, because you are never free from finances—you will still need to manage your finances.”

Deloy Hansen
